Message Maintenance wise I would be doing:
plenum pull: under plenum bypass, injector service and bench flow test, replace pcv parts (hoses and valves), heater hoses, coolant lines and fuel lines and spark plugs
Get radiator flushed and "rodded" (not sure if you guys use that term over there but in Aus they disassemble the radiator and push rods through the core to clean up the inside), replace radiator hoses if needed and flush cooling system. There is plenty of info in the FAQ section and through the search function.

Personally I am running:
A'Pexi pod filter
FujitsuboGiken cat back, high flow metal cats and front pipes
KYB AGX adjustable shocks
Eibach Springs.
